Mazzetti Riserva Gaia - Moscato & Cortese

This Mazzetti Riserva is a blend of two white wine marcs, moscato and cortese (most famous appellation Gavi). The combination is extremely aromatic and floral. After ageing of more than eighteen months in the finest selected barrels, the grappa becomes more elegant and subtle with amazing structure. 

Gaia is sweet and fruity, but with some herbaceousness to add nuance. Citric notes of orange and mandarin make it an amazing compliment to chocolate and like most fine riserva grappas from Mazzetti this pairs wonderfully with a cigar.
