Poli Jacopo Torcolato

Torcolato is an appellation for sweet dessert wines located in Vicenza. Handpicked and dried before fermentation, these vespaiolo grapes make a fantastic pomace for grappa. 

This grappa is super refined with amazing depth of flavour. The scent is full of exotic and dried fruit flavours, honey and sweet spices. 

Pair this with fresh fruit, pastries and creme brulee.
